FEED TRANSPORT SYSTEM
- SILO AND FEED TRANSPORT SYSTEMS -
- Allows the safe transport of the feed, stored at a certain point in the farm, to the feed storages in the poultry houses.
- Transport is conducted using special PVC transport pipes of a diameter of 90 mm.
- The stainless steel Ø 75 spiral spring contained in the PVC pipes enables the transport of the feed from the main silo directly into the poultry house.
- The system's transport rate is 4 tons / hour.
- The system ends in the poultry house at the motor group and the feed descentpoints.
Main Spiral Auger
The main spiral auger that enables the feed to be transported from one point to the other. Manufactured of stainless steel with a diameter of 7,5 cm.
Feed Transport Pipe
The PVC pipe that enables the transfer of the pipe using the main helical spring. Manufactured with a diameter of 90 mm.
Feed Transport Motor Unit
The unit rotating the main helical spring transferring the feed. It has a motor power of 0,75 KW. Also, it contains the system's final descent point.
Feed Descent Unit
The feed transported from the silo is made to descend into the feed storages through a system consisting of T pipes.
