SUSPENDED MODEL CHAIN FEEDING SYSTEM

- FEEDING SYSTEMS -

The suspended belt feeder system designedwith type-A or space type truss systems can be suspended to the ceiling afterfeeding in order to create room in the poultry house, thus increasing thecapacity and efficiency of the poultry house.

All feed storages, motor groups, corners,canal joint pieces are custom-produced. High-quality raw materials andstate-of-the-art computer-controlled machinery are used in order to obtain themost efficient results with the TARIMAR belt feeder systems.

SYSTEM ELEMENTS

Feed Hopper

Options with 1, 2, 3 or 4 outlets are available. Can be manufactured as having capacities of 210 kg, 300 kg or 400 kg. Adjustable legs and feed outlet units are available.

Cross Legged Corner

It is the most important link of the system with its nodular cast iron gear assembly, reinforced corner lower plate, its design sitting on 4 points with its cross-leg system, and its static painted bodywork and leg system.

Motordrive Unit

The TARIMAR motor groups may be manufactured as directly coupled to the chain, either mounted on the storage or standing on their own legs. The motor groups may be single-speed or double-speed.

Feeding Chain

It is a warranty-covered feeding chain capable of withstanding loads of up to 12KN. Curling, shaking or gaps between links do not exist. It is durable under high velocity. The material thickness is 2,5 mm and the width is 70 mm.

Suspended Coupler

The one-piece canal bridges of 30 cm length are fixed to feed canals at four points using bolts and nuts. The Canal joint Pieces (bridges) are manufactured of 2 mm galvanised sheet metal. Through a central special hanging apparatus, the system is suspended down the ceiling at intervals of 3 metres.

Feeding Canals

Manufactured of galvanised sheet metal of 1,05 mm or 1,25 mm thickness. The canal length is 3 metres. There are 4 varieties, namely the Broiler Canal, the Growing Canal, the Breeder Canal, and the Storage Outlet Canal.

Motor Powered Lifting Winch

A large variety of motor-powered winches applicable to both type-A and space type trusses is available. The system features minimum and maximum limit switches preventing the system from hitting the ground or the ceiling. The entire system can be rapidly raised or lowered thanks to iron spools with roller bearings and high-quality steel ropes.
